Sample audit excerpt
Three findings, unedited from a real report format
This is anonymized — store name, exact spend figures, and account ID removed — but the structure, tone, and level of detail are exactly what you get in your own report: what's wrong, why it matters, and the fix, ranked.
Report excerpt
Findings 1–3 of 7
Account type: single-product dropshipping store, ~$50/day spend.
"Purchase events are firing from the browser pixel only — there is no server-side Conversions API event for the same action. With iOS attribution loss and ad blockers, this account is likely reporting somewhere between half and two-thirds of real purchases back to Meta, which means the algorithm is optimizing toward the wrong audience segment."
Fix, ranked #1 of 7
Stand up server-side CAPI for the Purchase event with the same
event_id as the browser pixel to enable deduplication, then confirm
match quality in Events Manager before scaling spend further.
"Four ad sets in the same campaign are targeting overlapping 1%-lookalike audiences built from the same source event. They are bidding against each other in the same auctions, which is inflating CPMs across the whole campaign without adding any real reach."
Fix, ranked #3 of 7
Consolidate the four overlapping ad sets into one broader ad set and
let Advantage+ audience expansion find the split Meta already knows
works, instead of forcing four manual segments to compete.
"Six creatives are splitting a $50/day budget roughly evenly. At current CPMs that's under $9/day per creative — not enough for any single ad to exit the learning phase, so the account never finds out which creative actually works."
Fix, ranked #4 of 7
Cut to the two highest-hook-rate creatives from the existing data,
concentrate budget on those, and hold new creative tests to a
separate, smaller test campaign instead of blending them in.
The remaining findings (audience/targeting depth, creative messaging, compliance risk, and a prioritized action order for all 7) are in the delivered report, not the sample.
